Rig's worse matchups are generally those that have Free Step attacks such as Bayman's Tank Wheel (:8::p+k:) and Christie's Jakeiho. These are very good at going around his frame traps due to Flamingo locking him in place linearly.

The stuns a character gets off their attacks can make it so the opponent can't hold in stun.

You might have better success finding people who can translate and can then scanlate the guide.

As Bass I use P+K or PK in those situations. Especially when the person thinks they still have the speed advantage even though they are negative. I also use WR 4P+K after 66P+K which is +0 and the WR 4P+K will crush any highs and some high-mids.
