It's normal. It happens in 480i but the interlacing disguises it a bit. Also putting the game into 16:9 will just be a 848x480 resolution crammed into a 640x480 resolution so when you stretch the screen it may cause additional aliasing. The Xbox didn't have anti-aliasing really.

Probably because one of the current metas are Triple Tank Triple Heal. Healing someone boosts the healer's Ultimate charge. And sticking to a Tank means more time healing means faster Ultimate charge. However the key to the 3T3H is the Ana really due to her Ult charge.

Ah yeah, I knew of this before. The fun stuff as well is that you can try throwing him and it will just cause damage and a stun :-/
