Technically speaking no, though it is lag. It's the system's core delay. Input lag or Input delay generally refers to any lag on top of that core delay.

For joystick, taunt is accepted to use the H+P+K macro. In general, you should be able to play with a arcade joystick if you set it to:
P K _ _
H _ _ _
So you'd hit all three buttons to do a taunt.
For controller, I prefer doing:
O = H
X = H
T = K
S = P
L1 = H+P+K
R1 = H+K

FSD isn't exclusive to one region, though it is dominated in population by one. Still, it's actively supportive of competitive DOA anywhere in the world. If a region wants more exposure to allow their potential locals a chance in finding the site or other locals, the site won't prevent anyone...

Classic is stationary. Action pans and zooms during certain environment changes, you can also make it zoom in and out really fast by spacing across the screen. Additionally, when doing a critical stun combo the camera zooms in the longer the combo goes on. Basically jarring.
