I found that it was something related to your stance actually, lets say you're in closed stance, if you move to the background, you'll walk slowly, and if you walk to te foreground, you'll switch stances and walk faster for a couple frames. Jann Lee changes
There are characters that have either equal or even better wall game than he does, the throw would cancel out his resets, it would only be useful in open space. In my opinion. Yeah, definitely, removing the cool down frames on 66K, 236P, etc. Would make him way too strong, there's no way that... -

Its still valid, if its staggered escaped you're still at advantage, so the DG/Throw Strike mixup is still present. -
