I don't believe the game supports PS3 controllers. You have to use a PS4 controller or arcade stick.

Yes, that's an issue with the hardware when the analog sticks get used so often that they rest outside of their deadzones. Sadly, it's not fixable.

Not sure if you're asking who's fault it is. At the time no one knows. All Team NINJA said is that they are looking into it. In the end it doesn't matter who's fault it is, but they're aware of the issue and are looking to resolve it.

I was able to use the GGXrd MadCatz stick on a PS4 press kit perfectly fine.
