She probably can. It doesn't really matter though. It was rarely useful to do 9PP, or 9PPP. Just one 9P was usually enough. It appears to be faster than the old i27 version, so I don't know.

It wasn't a GB on it's own. It only acted as one when coming out of 6PP, or PP6PP, If I recall correctly.

No. Phase-4 will get an indivual console release later this month, but Nyo-Tengu and the bundle containing all three DLC characters will hit consoles later this year.

Oh, I forgot to mention that her version of Tengu's 6P+K appears to be much faster than his old, garbage i27 version. It's not exactly the same. Her rear leg appears to be facing the opponent, while Tengu would have his turned away. If she gets it back, it won't be guaranteed anymore, thus...
