Kula and Diego's 6T have an increased throw range. It may have been intentional as Diego been had it since the beta.

She's got a neutral 2P that's i13, an increased 6T range like Diego, and access to an i9/i11 mid. She's pretty good. She's lucky to be blessed with that speed because if it was any other fighter, she'd have the same speed as everyone else. Consider Kula players lucky for this one.

Found lots of crazy things with Kula. Apparently many moves on the block stun renders opponent more at disadvantage if Kula blocks it. Seriously doubt it's intentional so TN may fix it.
