I think it's reverted back to DOA3 style. I don't have a definitive answer because I didn't have a chance to try out Kasumi much during HIN (I used Ayane).

To be honest, I preferred the DOA4 style with the launcher. But, then again, I got pissed when people started using that CONSTANTLY and just getting free launches leaving me with no options. Now that it's nerfed it will at least balance out the game a little bit better.

I read online that it's possible to get a converter for a 360 controller to use on a PS3.

I only have one regret about the event: I didn't get to talk to any of the well known players! :( Hopefully there will be another IPL event somewhere in the Bay Area soon.
