I barely played this game since Vanilla so am far outta the current meta. I would like to update myself. Also is there any sort of agreed upon tier list for ultimate?

Less than vanilla? Really? So this update took a step back in gameplay? Yikes, please tell me I am missing something here.

I have not been following the development of Ultimate at all so I missed the system changes. What was done on a system level. Are there more guaranteed setups and more un-holdable moves? How is the balance this time?

There is a small FGC scene where I live. Sadly no one plays DOA who is part of it. I will try to convert a couple when DOA5U comes out. Having someone to play with would keep me into the game much longer I bet.

I will if it is good. If not I will get more into TTT2.

I quite like the home stages. I think that it the name of it. The stages just lack personality and I don't like how often you get the botttom tiers on random.

Gen Fu strikes and well. He is really good but honestly kinda boring to play.

They also made it so you can hold the flashlight with weapons. Which some people like and others do not.
