2H+KP Abuse

I don't know about you guys, but I've been abusing :2::H+K::P: like crazy and people don't seem to be able to hold the mid punch launcher on a regular basis (if at all). I haven't checked it yet, but there must be something to it - either a small window or something else that makes it more difficult to catch. It doesn't seem to be the case with the other variants, such as :6::K::2::K::P: or :3::P::2::K::P: - these can be held very easily. So, is it just my impression or my opponents' slow reflexes? Not to mention that the :2::H+K::P: itself is an instant crouch that allows to shin kick the hell out of all those :P::P::P: pressure attempts :cool:

Anyway, has anyone had similar experience with the lowkick-launcher combo? My regular opponents really loathe it :)

After some testing, it became clear why it is sorta difficult to react to :2::H+K::P:. There isn't anything special about the midpunch, but the whole two-hitter often catches people by surprise due to the instant crouch that the :2::H+K: has. Therefore, when opponents focus on their offense and the lowkick crouches under a high hit, it is difficult to switch from offense to defense before the midpunch launcher comes out. Still, better than nothing and quite effective against most players.
