33p SSp really irritating me

i put in 33p to wiff an attack and SSp comes out, its just irritating me, anyone else have this problem?

Im having the same problem. Its that the controls/buffer system is terrible thats all.

I'm have a problem where trying to buffer 33P+K always comes out as just 3P+K. That, and any throw coming out as the terrible 8T. I swear that goofy throw has been the death of me more times than I can count.
