What was difficult to understand, I thought it was pretty clear

Yes, neutral throws that are breakable on normal throw and counter throw are not breakable on hi counter throw. The AI can still do it though and be set to break them in sparring.

Makes sense. If you were countering anyways, then you deserve to eat the whole grab.

Why anyone would use a neutral throw to punish a counter in the first place... that's beyond me
