Feature Request Allow Chat to work while on Mobile?

Is it possible to do this?

I tend to browse this forum a lot when I'm on my iPhone, but it kinda bugs me that I can't use the Chat on the bottom of the window unless I'm on a PC or whatever.

Is there any way to fix or allow this?
