DOA5LR Are most of the players on PS4 version?

I'm torn between XBONE/PS4 due to me hearing tons or PS3 Doa players went to that system. I also heard the XBONE is kinda "dry" in terms of players, is this true? I like the XBONE but I mainly play Doa, so I don't want to go to the system where it is the same 2 people playing online as with the 360 version of Ultimate.

I hear it's about the same due to Core Fighters being finally being on Xbox One.
I just think PS4 is a bit more competitive over Xbone.

Plus thats the system they've been using a the Big Tourneys so might aswell go for the "Tournament Version" Haha.
