They might as well should make Niki and Rio playable then. There's a lack of black characters and redheads (even if Rio's hair is pinkish-red) in the roster honestly.

Now that you mention it, Sonia/Irene wouldn't be a bad idea. It's just that I've been so used to her being a DID and getting pro-dommed by Christie to even see that possibility, despite her credentials with the CIA.

But what martial art would she use?

I prefer a brand new character with a different diversity background, black, Hispanic or even Polynesian, and there's also lacking balance in selection of characters. For instance, the game only has 1 big man= Bass, of course Tengu could fill that, but someone new could as well. However if the character is not new, I rather see another male character, females are pretty much covered (except a big booty black or Brazilian chick lol). My guess is, it's going to be either Tengu, Ryo, or that Kasumi clone in the black hood using the sword near the game's Story mode cut scene (the character who sliced Bayman in the face). I vote new character. Out of the 5 "extra" we got, Momiji feels the most fresh. Tengu is welcome, but would rather have a new character with a completely new style

I don't think Niki is black, and Rio is ugly... Why even consider her and or sub-characters playable? How about someone fresh. Maybe characters like Irene or Niki should be for DOA6, however, Niki may not be even considered a fighter and don't have to be either

Edit: Redheads are already covered since day one... People are forgetting about Kasumi, she's basically a REAL red head. Red heads are NOT red red, Rio is more like fake dyed real red lol, Kasumi is a the real thing as a red head.

Oh lawdy, not this again...

Think about this for a minute. If the CEO of DOATEC knows Piguaquan, and the original intention of DOATEC according to Fame Douglas's ideals was to have martial artists around the world show the might of their technique, then surely the head of DOATEC Japan has to know something about martial arts. That's been quite a consistency with key characters related to DOATEC, and Miyako should be no different. Otherwise, she wouldn't be there, much less have an affair with Fame Douglas to begin with.

In addition, don't you find it rather odd that she would want her daughter to live a peaceful childhood, yet she's still working with DOATEC (more specifically, Donovan's faction) in the shadows? I dunno about you guys, but at some point of time, the MILF's gonna be showing Kokoro some tough love as a playable character, much like Bass is doing to Tina. It may not be in DOA5U Arcade, but soon. Very soon...

That said, I don't get why you guys are so against the idea, much less hating on her so much.

That's just straight out mean since you don't even know how will Rio even look like in 5/5U graphics but if you just hate/dislike her, to each their own then.

Just slap in some random fighting style on both of them and they're good to go honestly.
