Character weight classes

He is a midweight, there is no mid-heavy category.

Did you fail to read the reasons given for Soniti's categorization? Or do you have some actual evidence to support your claim?

Well, an absolute estimate on weight classes, Pai has a Just Frame combo that can only work if done on the very last frame that a move can connect. Coincidentally, 3 of the 6 characters he mentioned as "light-weight" actually have a unique property in juggles - which may or may not be strictly Pai related - but putting that aside, her juggles work differently on each weight class. And, considering how they work, I too am convinced that there is a slight difference between "feather weights" and "light-weights", though I don't exactly believe his categories are completely correct.

I'm not saying the difference affects pretty much anyone aside from very, very few combos of theirs, but that difference still exists.

From what I understand, all of the VF characters carried their major properties over to DOA5, and the unique properties you mentioned may be strictly related to them. (someone pointed this out to me recently, just something to consider)
Though you're right, it's not a perfect listing. Maybe good for Mila, but if you play any other character, it's probably more of a guideline.

I think right now im convinced Leon was the the best character in DOA4. Just remembering all of his moves and simple mix up combos... man If I had Leon in DOA5 kids would be getting destroyed left and right.
