I main Leifang Helena Tina and want to learn kasumi wich charcters practical for placing at a tournament idk if this a newbie question but would apreciate the help main and sub advice

There's not any "practical characters" for placing at tournaments. However, I do suggest if you're new to the game to main and practice with one character first until you have a high understanding of them THEN move on to other characters.

I guess it would be the char i play the most its hard finding any good comp to test if i have a true understanding of my character

It also depends whether you are talking like..local, casual tournaments or "official" tournaments.
