Do you need a guide on how clan battles are run?

sure I could use some help
Rules:
1) Matches are 3/5 or 2/3 3 Rounds Normal Health (Singles) Depending.
2) You can have as many people as you want in the clan.
3) You are not allowed to jump in between other members clan when you feel like it, would not be professional and would get messy.
4) You can choose between 4v4 /5v5 /6v6 at most
5) players would have to pick a number between 1-4 /1-5 /1-6 and be matched up in the same order of the opposing clans numbers.
6) Every game you win is a point the clan with the most points wins.
7) If an opponent disconnect's they will redo the match after that time if He/she disconnect's on the same match automatic point to the opposing clan.
8) (Character Switching): The loser of the game has the option of switching to another character, as the winner is character locked until he or she/ has lost.
9) You can have one sub to fill in a spot for one missing clan member but must not be from another clan.
10) Tie breaker just fight 1 match

These clan battles really take like 4 hours but could use some tweaking in the future, don't be fooled by clan tryouts using Tag to get in that's a Big red Flag.
