Not sure if this is what you're after but here is a little explanation of the critical stun/damage with 1 handed playing screenshots from my phone (Sorry this is the best I can do D: ).
Certain moves will cause "Critical Stun" at this point you get a counter for "Critical Damage" (See Screen 1). Depending on what state you hit them at (Normal, Counter, Hi-Counter) will depend on how much Critical Damage you can build up before they fall over. If you surpass the limit allotted, your opponent will fall down.

Once you reach the red stage of Critical Damage you will get a red "Critical Stun" on the screen (See Screen 2). At this point you can use your critical burst.

So from here you can use a critical burst -> Launcher -> Combo
So in this case for Mila you may:
Sidestep P PK 6P+K(CB) 6H+K(Launcher) 3PP P6PP
