Didn't I see you on Peaceful Jay's day one stream? This isn't a personal dig but I noticed you had a lot of lag whenever you were playing, everyone else in the lobby was ok so my guess is that it is most likely related directly to your connection.
To answer your question though I haven't heard anyone say anything so far about it happening on DOA5 but I do know people who have tried playing online on other games, BlazBlue and SFIV with very unstable connections and have been lagged straight off of Live when trying to watch matches or play games.
