Oh by the way, Hitomi's 6P being -9 on block is fucking stupid smh.
I'm all for frame advantage, but a 12 frame mid that has a follow up tied to it doesn't need to be + on block. The downward kick at the end of the string like in DoA3.1? Sure, but not the starter move of the string, especially since its only -9 if you free cancel (same concept as like Jann's 6pk in 3.1. The kick gave frame advantage but 6p was -11 on block if you free canceled. It balanced out well if you wanted to avoid getting held.)
I'm trying reverse psychology.
Tbh, I like the fact that DOA5U will have a smaller threshold because I hate getting trapped in a huge chain of combos. Now, we just need more unholdable stuns and we are good.

Don't get too excited. That Kasumi combo puts people in critical burst threshold in vanilla DOA5.

Get the fuck outta here with that trash. Yeah I'm totally speaking out of my ass here harharhar. I took Doce Pares Escrima. I went to the Philippines to spectate the International WEKAF(World Escrima Kali Arnis Federation) tourney in Cebu. I also got to meet a couple Grandmasters in Cebu. Trained when I was there it was no vacation. There's a reason my instructor left Escrima to become a Wing Chun Sifu. He's also half white/Filippino and knows Tagalog.
You need more evidence? Watch Fight Quest fantastic show that came on Discovery channel. Two guys travel the world training in various styles for 2 weeks then fight black belts. Kali was the first episode guess what happened after the 2 weeks? There was a bare hand challenge. They won the challenge which is sad cause at this point there were complete beginners at fighting (well one).
If you watch all episodes you seen them getting there ass kicked at all these challenges. What's cool and funny is you can see their progression they get better at picking up new styles and at fighting. At the end of the season I can see a big difference and yet the first thing they do when they start this quest. They whoop Kali fighters when they were complete amateurs and these were black belts.
