Here's my wishlist:
-longer thicker hair for all the girls that had it shortened and thinned (Kasumi, Kokoro, Helena, etc.)
-More hurt animations and more gruesome hit effects
-Stages that feature stairs, slopes, and slopes that lead into long falls and falls that lead into slopes.
-Universal language that let's you set which characters speak EN and JPN
-More expressive hurt faces, and disable whatever makes the characters automatically close their eyes when hit or grabbed, and only allow it naturally
-Character interactions from story mode
-Option to add heeled sandals to barefoot swimwear
-Legacy stages and costumes
-A few more moves added to the characters who don't have very many
-Dirt can go on the characters faces, and their hair can also get dirty
-Realistic clothes rip that progresses over time, but is natural. no over sexualized clothes damage
....That's all I can say for now. I will ad on if anything else comes to mind.

Some are a bit same opinion
-Projectile Moves besides Raidou (Kasumi, Hayabusa, Hayate, Ayane, Honoka (including Shoryuken & Anti-Air), Alpha-152, Phase 4)
-Universal language that let's you set which characters speak EN and JPN (in-game (intro, victory/lost) & story mode)
-Rage can only increase the attacks & defense, while Power Attacks (Blow & Launcher can only be perform from a Level Gauge (Max 3)
-Change costume after finishing story mode
-Option to add heeled sandals to barefoot swimwear
-Glasses option for other male characters (Hayabusa & Gen Fu may wear normal glasses, Bass' sunglasses can be removed, Ein have a normal glasses in a same term that Hayate have both version of glasses. Except for Zack for some reason)
-Zack as a Dummy instead of Kasumi (Command only)
-Combo challange may change a dummies, depents on which weight characters changes
-Legacy stages and costumes
-Walled Training Room (alternative of Wallless Training Room)
-School & Street Festival Stage
-A few more moves added to the characters who don't have very many (my opinion that Akira should have Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax parts, such as its damage properties, Kaiko followup, bring normal Moko in new command set)
-Exclusive voice file for Virtua Fighter characters (Akira & Pai has EN, The Byrant siblings has JP)
-Akira JP voice file updated to the Fighting Climax one (such as hit and KOed grunts)
-VF Musics
-Dengeki Bunko costumes
-Early Bird Cameo protagonist, Shinden, Yaiba Kamikaze, Irene Lew, Kage-Maru, Shizuo Heiwajima
-Realistic Clothes Break that progresses over time

More appropriate alternate hairstyles.

For example, rather than the "cute schoolgirl" cut Mila got with Last Round, she should have an alternate hairstyle more like

Also Mila and Leon should get an official tag team. (I'm still fanoning my theory that Mila is Laurens daughter but that's not why lol)

Also that Leon should be able to link Dervish Throw right off Arm Grenade, and be able to go into his tackle from Sidestep and other options like Mila.
