Well, that is just great. Before I sound like another angry internet idiot who likes to complain, let me clarify something. I have been playing DOA since 3 and its release on XBOX in 2002. Since then I have bought ever game since and any DLC released for the games. I own every piece of DLC for 5/ulitmate which cost hundreds, I don't have to tell you guys that though.
I feel I have a right to be hurt/shocked/angry/betrayed. I feel all those things right now. I have spent 600 almost 700 hours into just ultimate alone the most of any game for me, ever. To lose everything because I followed their instructions to the T makes me so upset and asking why didn't they test for this. My paid DLC still isn't FREE on the Xbox One store yet so that's icing on this cake too. Anyways to close this off this is what I have to say. There are two things they can do for me a loyal customer and anyone else this has happened too. Number one they can release a patch that somehow retrieves my save (not likely) Or number two, they can release a patch that unlocks all the in-game costumes, System voices, OMG mode, Titles, and everything else I spent weeks grinding out. That would, for the most part, fix this mess.
BUT THE LAST THING I WANT THEM TO TRY TO DO TO FIX THIS IS.... Offer more free DLC. I do not care about that and that will not fix this problem. No easy way out this time, they need to really put effort into fixing a problem that affected only their most loyal costumers. The ones who went out day one and bought it. We are the ones who have to suffer the most.
