Did Raidou copy Genshin's Underworld Drop?

As far as I know Hayabusa didn't perform his Underworld Drop in DOA series.

Is that Ryu in the first gifs?? If it is, then they probably just reused it for Raidou, TN has always reused certain moves across different games

hmm... this is interesting. it is known in the lore that raidou can copy any technique just by seeing it, correct? if so, this makes sense!

I can’t remember if he had a similar move in DOA1, but I do believe Genshin was robbed of his move at some point. Lol. Just without the weapons.
