I re-re-re-reuploaded the whole client again, now it's on Google and the download speed is pretty fucking fast.
The admin of the game gave me the "newest" files to update so I made a new client, you can't really "update" it otherwise. From what I've seen, the only changes I've noticed with it are that you don't need to type a password at all at the login screen, just press ENTER, the login screen is different, slightly improved Russian translation and maybe that's just me, but when attempting to connect with another player the game never puts you on infinite loading screens now, which used to happen a lot to me duh. It's too late to change the properties of the moves, because no one is FORCED to download anything and there are too many players that should be "forced".

Bayman's cH 33P does NOT launch higher. I just kept on hitting crouching opponents.
But on the bad side, Helena cannot cancel her Bokuho -> Teishitsu (22) into her SS smoothly. Which means she can get crouch grabbed very easily.
