Even though I collected mags in those days, I don't think I'd ever seen this DOA2 ad before (maybe because it seems to be specific to UK mags), but I really love it! Yeah, maybe you can argue it's too simple and doesn't effectively drive home the point right away and has you read to get the impact, but I like how it emphasized the stages and stage interaction as a core feature of the game. Also, it goes against the idea that they only ever used the girls to sell the games.
