All humor aside, this is also a great way to work on your defense, so try it out with some like-minded friends if you're struggling there. Since you can't hold or use anything but one move you start to get a feel for whiff punishment, proper guarding, spacing, and a bunch of other things you might not normally think about. If you try this and notice you're getting stomped, your defense is probably weak in general.
