Random question: I plan on playing Core Fighters since I'd rather do that and cut the middle man instead of buying the game just for the PS3 as well. If I did that, would the Core Fighters DLC and the characters bought ALSO transfer to DOA5LR retail or am I screwed and have to buy the retail game for that?

What I'm interested in seeing is how much the new costumes and characters will be. Based off the pricing structure that they've been using for DLC, it would cost more to buy the new characters and costume DLC than to buy the game itself which includes everything lol.

I'm pretty sure that they could include the new stages and hair options in DOA5LR for PS3/360 but now that they are giving DOA5U a free upgrade to DOA5LR, there wouldn't be much incentive to buy DOA5LR.

the ridiculous amount of improvements to the Wii U version of NG3 compared to the original before it even came out was considered so dramatic that they must have known NG3 in its current state was utter shit, but were payed by Nintendo to keep it a timed exclusive. this was if course never proven per say but a lot of NG fans beleive this is what happened.

This current issue seems like a similar deal just not as nearly as bad thankfully.

If I had the choice, It'd be Kodachi/Blazeincarnated's submission, because Zack would get another hairstyle, and a white goatee. The costume is great as well.

First one, I have the 360 version, but I don't plan on updating it to Last Round for the 360(the free patch yes, not the full package as my space is crap)

Then, I'm not sure I understand fully. Yes, any costumes you would buy would transfer over to PS4. But, if you buy PS4 retail Last Round, then the idea of "transferring" any characters that you bought for PS3 over to PS4 would be rendered meaningless because the PS4 retail version of LR would have them anyway.

Like I said, I honestly hoped Momiji's hair comes free, but since the game isn't out yet, there's nothing saying that between the 3-4 MONTHS that can still have plenty of changes since the game isn't completed yet.

I'm taking what I can get, but that's mainly because I don't sadly have work yet, meaning this may be the update that may take an indeterminate amount of time for me to recover towards till then.

XD Ironically, Rachel (along with Sarah) already have an alternate hairstyle but TN doesn't seem keen on allowing that option for other outfits other than the one they were intended for.
