Q: What is the purpose of the “Blacklist”?
A: It is to see who is on Top of offline scene and also how much you attend will counts as well.
Q:How does this work
A: Take a look under the Tournament column section
you will see a list of tournaments and see the placings listed on the top..
Q: How do you determine who is on top
A: You will add up all the numbers based on the chart
(example
Ryu hayabusa 1st place-8000
Ryu hayabusa 2nd place-5450
Ryu hayabusa 5th place-2890
Combined Score= 16340
the more points you win the higher you place
Q: Will online tournaments count
A:No this is offline only
Q: I went to a offline tournament and i don’t see my name
A: we will be checking this specific forum so make sure you list your name country
and all the placings this is also a way for updates as well.

Q: Is this for USA only
A:No this will contain Europe,USA, and Canada
we can’t do world rankings cause of not in touch with any other countries
such as japan.
Q: The chart has certain tournaments in color
A: Purple= Europe
Blue=Canada
Red=USA
Yellow=JAPAN
Green= Any Region
Q: How come all the majors aren't there
A: We try and update it as soon as possible make sure to inform us missing majors
Q: I want to help make a new banner

Q: why is the chart 1-4 then double listed

based on offline results we can’t do 1-16 even if this is top eight yes but we're going to keep this format and try not to get anyone confused.

A: Yes as of right now we are looking for a group of offline specialist to help organize the blacklist or give advice on how we can make it better

Remember the chart will be updated if any new information is given. The chart and a blacklist is impossible to make on it’s own without a group of people to help this idea as well.
We are going to try and have all the offline scene participate so i will try and contact everyone the best i can so this list will take time.
