Ask him about the lack of sticks available at the event. I think it's kind of disappointing. =P

oh believe me me n rev were so upset about that ...
like i cant do shit on pad i feel so crippled ..
its cuz of those locked xbox setups they use in events ... u cant plug in your stick ..cuz its covered in like glass ...

but they said the final matches are going to be on the big stage so we get to plug in our sticks :D

friday is for weekend pass entries only so the turn up wasnt big but tomorrow should be the big day

the Tecmo Koei guys are a fun group .. lol

Madcatz is having $60 off their sticks this long weekend on account of UFGT8. You could get that snazzy SCV stick for only $100. I'm considering getting one despite already owning two sticks and not knowing how to really use them.

That sucks. Dont get paid till friday. However, I will look into the stick. Lmao, just thinking about how different doa5 is...I will have to master using ss on a stick. Doa with a viable step, you know how weired that is going to look? lol, I see high level players using step way more than holding. For both strategic placement and defense.

I see high level players using safe (?) tracking moves to prevent stepping.

It will depend on the benifit of said moves. Being safe and tracking to stop a step, will limit other moves that launch and are linear, or that are quick(jabs) and linear. Overall, I see us using more stepping than holding overall. Im pretty sure the game will give us situations where it would far benifit us to step, than to hold ;-)

I wonder if Bass' 6 P+K and 6PP track. 7P and 1P look like move that track or are at least semi circular. Same with Leon's F+K.
