Error 0 3780 or w.e

Anyone else having this error ce 3780 or whatever?

I stopped using my ps4 for a few months than came back to playing this game and ever since I get this error constantly. My game crashes every other match in online. Lobby play is impossible because it crashes even after other people play. So 2 matches between others than my game crashes. Wtf? None of my other games have problems. I've read all about the re initialize and re download and all that shit but none of it works wtf is the problem with this game?

Is it costume related? I do know Raidou crashes lobbies if he wears the newly 2017 outfit.

No but using dlc costumes seems to make it crash more. I can choose a character but if I try to change that character on the next match it almost always crashes. I can't tell If it's my ps4 or the game. Sometimes I can get 4 or 5 matches in a row other times it crashes every time. Been like this for over a month now. Started happening out of no where.
