Reads like an advertorial... but it's funny to see all this talk about 60fps given it's always been the standard for fighting games

And it will be funnier if the intros are still 30fps ;)

I think that the AI thing is actually something pretty new that Team NINJA has said nothing about. Me and my bf play the AI quite a bit together in tag since we can't tag together online, and they are fun as shit to play when we can't handle killing one another in 1 v 1. I'm looking forward to seeing how it pans out.

AI got better eh? I wonder if it's actually better or they just ran out of ideas for another reason. I hope it's slightly better, I can't stand the lag of online due to my terrible internet

I was watching the stream earlier today on shack news and I was impressed by the AI fights. If you watch it he wasn't holding, and the AI adapted accordingly by playing at his skill level and not holding. He also switched the difficulty level from 3-5. They hold on those levels in Ultimate.

EDIT: He didn't throw either, but that didn't matter to Bass AI.

really, the ONLY reason to get last round on next gen is if you already own next gen.

Otherwise? Oh noes i'll be missing out on some meh hairstyles and two stages I'm not a fan of anyway. Le horror.

And how is the character select screen costume customization "exclusive to next gen"? We already have that, its just shortcuts instead of a visible submenu.

But with the Steam version on the horizon as well, people can get the same content as the PS4 and XB1 versions. The PS4, XB1, and possibly Steam versions are the full experience for Last Round. It's kind of like playing current gen games on a CRT: you can, but it just won't be the same.
