System Frame data of all throws

I have compiled a long list of all throws' frame data in the game.

Various throws are hidden from the command training & command list, some moves are wrongly labelled as "OH". I did my best at fixing these mistakes so the document may be slightly incomplete and inaccurate. Feel free to fix possible mistakes.

SOME FACTS:
- I did this because I required a way to distinguish normal throws from offensive holds, and it doesn't exist, it's mostly arbitrary from the developers lol.
- The fastest throw in the game is Alpha-152's 2T at 3(2)24
- The throw with the most active frames is Nyotengu's 2T during Karasu-Tobi versus crouching targets at 17(17)21
- The offensive hold with the highest recovery is Lisa's while running T at 23(2)54
- Bayman 3P+KT seems to be the only throw in the entire game that lands on both ground and high targets. It's also the one with the shortest recovery lol
- Bass 7PT seems to be the only throw in the entire game that lands on both air and high targets
- Not all Offensive Holds play a sound during startup, such as Bass' and Marie Rose's ones

NOTES & WARNINGS:
- frame data numbers taken from a different ingame "source" which isn't the "Move Details". It's a more versatile value I've found using Cheat Engine which displays instantly the Startup/Active/Recovery frames of the executed move (it includes frame data for ground attacks for example), and ignores the previous attacks in the string/movements/charge from the count.
- excluded categories: throws with no visible startup animations (such as Tina's 6KT), feints, throw followups (such as the followups of the Izunas).
- move names not included because they are inconsistent. Kokoro has like 15 strings named "Heichu", Jann Lee shares with Sarah a "Dragon Kick" etc.
- damages and environment potentials not included because way too much effort is required to make it comprehensive.
- while rising means going from crouching to standing. Not from ground to standing.
