So, Nyo's 
still does an unholdable stun on BT opponents, though no longer does.
That said, you can use > > for a guaranteed BT combo into a launch. Or use > > HT > for 103 damage.
Also, more importantly than all of this, using her in a ceiling area, followed by a whiffed will guarantee a on their back, which can THEN be used with the aforementioned combo or a quick launch, giving you the throw damage (55 NH) with the combo damage (roughly 90-100 for any given one) for 140-150 damage guaranteed. And yes, it's even more broken now that stagger escaping no longer exists, meaning this should always work on characters that lack instant turn-arounds.
