Unless specified otherwise, assume the next input after a stance transition is in that stance.
The "No Timing" For Backdashing is sketchy. You basically do
and immediately start the combo.
An alternative for backdash is the go to Bokuho and immediately cancel it. If done correctly, she should even enter the stance. I personally found it to be unreliable but it might work for you.
No Wall:
