Hitomi Frame Data Thread

I just got the Prima Games guide today, really happy with it it's very complete. There were however some errors in Hitomi's frame data. Not sure if these were changed in the recent patch or are just typos, but I'd like to list them here for those interested:

  1. The column labelled "Close Hit" is actually the "Tracking" column, and the "Tracking" column is actually the "Stance Transition" column. This had me confused for a few minutes.
  2. :6::6::P::2::K: should be listed as "Tracking".
  3. :4::K::P::P: shows as +8 on normal hit (standing and crouching). It's actually -8 for both.
  4. :P+K: shows as +8 on normal hit (standing and crouching). It's actually -8 for both.
  5. :1::K: on Counter Hit (Crouching) is listed -8, it's actually -5.
  6. There's a Notation listed as "Back-turned :K:". I think they mean to say "Back-turned :2::K:", unless I'm missing something.
  7. Another notation is listed as "Back-turned :P:". Not sure what this is, if it's the same as the move listed in the "Back-Turned" table on the next page, then the one in the latter table is correct (-1 Normal Hit, +2 Counter Hit).
Point out anything I missed or misunderstood!

I found most of these while transcribing some frame data into Excel. I'm thinking of making an online frame data search tool and needed some frame data to use during development. I'd like to post what I have here but I'm just not sure about the etiquette involved, I recognize that the guide's contents are copyrighted but I can't imagine they'd have any claim to the game's frame data. Thoughts?

Which moves are best for those situation where both players are exchanging, blows while both players are blocking succesfully. Like the moves for hitomi that are best for safety, where I can throw out something else to beat.
