How much have characters changed from DOA4 > DOA5?

Actually, wouldn't that be why we can expect them to not change much? If the Hitomi case says anything, it's saying that people liked the cute aegyo anime doll like faces. Also, even with that one picture of Lisa and Bass posing together. You can clearly see her face only changed a little bit from the old Lisa. Even Jann Lee just looks like super graphically updated version of his old self. Not much change(not that I have a problem I'm just saying.)

It's because makeovers for the males (except for Bayman) are not that big, because they already were a bit more realistic than the female cast. On the other hand, Lisa and Helena (and Christie and Tina) are real women, that's why the "cute aegyo" features can't apply to them like to Hitomi or Kokoro. Lisa has a real wide nose, and I can expect Helena to have beautiful lips or something with her nose that will differenciate her from the other women.

And this is the first time in DOA that I can tell which actress could play each character. Actually, Christie and Kasumi remind me of actresses I can't actually name or remember.. something with their nose/lips/eyes.. hmm...

I think what really changed Bayman is the hair and the lack of beret. Before, he just looked like a G.I Joe doll/actionman.
