Instant point-blank while running attacks

Many characters have running attacks.

You execute them by tapping forward once, holding forward the second time, waiting for the running animation to start, and finally pressing the attack button.
MOST of them have alternative inputs to perform them more easily (e.g. Jann Lee runK and 236K will both do the same Dragon Kick).
But SOME of them are running exclusives such as: Bayman runT, Brad Wong runP, Nyotengu runP+K, La Mariposa run*anything* etc.

Normally, in order to run you need some distance between you and the opponent, and the running animation will automatically stop when you're too close to the opponent, but no matter what, your character will ALWAYS be running for at least 1 frame even at point-blank range, and that's exactly what makes this tech possible.

The inputs are: dash for exactly 11 frames (keep holding the second Forward) and do the attack on the next frame. It doesn't matter if you buffer the dash/run or not, all that matters is that you must let it rock for 11 frames.

Here's a successful example with Brad Wong, who has probably the best running attack in the game:

(HD 60 FPS, with frame-by-frame slowmo controls)

TL;DR You can do point-blank running attacks. Dash for 11 frames and attack on the 12th. Frame perfect timing.
