Hi guys,
so this isn't a "wow how fun is that game?!" thread. This is a small game developer in a market of giants trying to spread a little message.

The two posts below say what I would better than I will but the long story is that King.com are aggressively attacking small developers concerning trademarks that don't infringe or affect their business in any real sense.
What I'd like to request of anyone who is looking to support the games industry and small developers is to remove Candy Crush Saga from your mobile devices/Facebook if you have it and any products by the developer. Then spread the above links to friends and family (and sound really pissed about what they are doing to the world).
TL;DR - King are being the new Apple and major arseholes. Please remove their games (e.g. Candy Crush Saga) and spread the word.

King have spoken to Kotaku.
"We do not have any concerns that Banner Saga is trying build on our brand or our content," a spokesperson for King, the makers of Candy Crush Saga, told Kotaku. "However, like any prudent company, we need to take all appropriate steps to protect our IP, both now and in the future.
