Bad news: Switch won't compete graphically with PS4/Xbox One and third party developers might find it again hard to port their PS4/Xbone/PC titles to Switch.

Its been that way for the past 3 Gens now..... and to be honest with you... I don't think its bad news. But thats just me.... I've been so dissapointed by half of everything coming out on the PS4/Xbox One. Nintendo not having the luxury of putting out Face Melting Graphics kinda keeps them honest, their first party Titles have awesome gameplay.... atleast thats what I'm told...... The emphasis on Graphics these days has been more like a Crutch. :(

The real question is.... why can't we Have Both ?

That's it. I'd buy the next Nintendo console in a heartbeat (deep in my heart I am still a Nintendo kid) if it was graphically/technically comparable to it's competitors. Not just for the eye candy but also because of the third party support. That is imo very important. A Nintendo console can for me personally not only live on Mario, Zelda and Smash Bros. alone. There wasn't even a proper 3D Mario or Zelda on the WiiU, which is absolutely crazy but another story entirely...
I get why they are doing this. They avoid direct and fierce competition with the giants Sony and Microsoft and exist (sometimes with great success, like with the Wii or DS) in their very own niche. For me personally that doesn't work anymore though. I don't care about gimmicky controllers, about dual screens, 3D or about a console/handheld hybrid. Give me a console a classic controller and Zelda and I am good. :)

Mmmm zero suit Samus and palutena, guest characters!

I'd prefer it be DOA6 but I doubt we will even get doa on the switch unless it takes off Ike the 3ds
