Kokoro in DOA5

To stay on topic, I actually can't wait to test a few things with Kokoro :) I think she looks awesome, I love her model this time around more than her old model.
From reading the IGN article you can see the promising things and who knows what else has been changed since then. I'm Team Kokoro and Eliot at the moment (Kicking ass in Dimension more with Eliot than Kokoro actually) and waiting for Mila gameplay to see if she is on the cards for being a third main.

I think Kokoro's 6PK has been changed to 66PK. So you won't accidentally perform her move while you don't want it.
But on the other hand, need to get used to the new input esp during combos.

Did Kokoro even have a move that's 6PK? I'm pretty sure she didn't. Do you mean 6KP?

DrDogg is you read this. (I havent been able to play for obvious reasons)

What changes or buffs do you think would give some benefits to Kokoro than the ones she already has if any?

Does anyone know what inputs her sitdown-stuns belong to as well as her mid-combo stance? I did it a few times on accident at HIN and it felt absolutely fierce when it happened. I'm really looking forward to getting down to the nitty-gritty with Kokoro.

Anyway, I just double checked. The move was 6 P+K in DOA4, they already changed it to 66P+K in Dimensions. No wonder it didn't come out when I do 6 P+K in DOA5.

BTW, just noticed Lisa Lab coat costume in DOAD was in DOA5 too. So we can expect those costumes in DOAD make their way into DOA5 maybe?

Lisa Lab coat makes sense because of the story it works as for the other costumes its a hit or miss. Schoolgirl for Kokoro might still be used (Well there is one that already look similar to it) but personally I would prefer mostly DOA 2 and 3 outfits than 4 or Dimensions. (Artistically speaking most of the dimensions original outfits were not too good to begin with)

I'd love to see Kokoro with a further updated version of a matsuri costume. Maybe something more akin to Momiji's costume design.

Matsuri for the win! I'd love to see each character with a festival costume. There's a lot of opportunity for DLC themed costume packs. And I'd buy every one.

I got to play around a lot with Kokoro at Summer Jam and I must say that I really enjoy playing as her. The only sit down stun I got to utilize was 8P6P which is 0 on block, but it is kind of slow so I don't know how useful it is. I know she has a couple of other sit down stuns that she has in her arsenal, but I didn't really have time to go through her entire move list to find them out.

Her old 6KP is now 6P+K(I'm don't exactly remember if it has the same properties where if you were near a wall it would instantly wall slat sorry)

Her old 236P+H is now 66P+H and her new 236P+H is now the same throw animation as when she does strings like 5PP 5P+H and 5P2K 5P+H. After that throw she has a punch follow up that leads into a guaranteed CH unless they low hold(They might even be able to hold the high punch, but I'm assuming its guaranteed because a lot characters have guarantees off throws now). This makes me think that she is gonna have some real dirty stuff off this throw, but this is just speculation.

Kokoro just seems like a really solid character. With potentially good sit down stuns, decent frame data, and good whiff punishment and obviously she can play the stun game well.

Did I mention that her 214P is a guard break now?

I can't wait till we start finding out more stuff about her in DOA5

Oh and I forgot to say that Kokoro has no Offensive Holds/Catch throws that I could find :(

Yeah too bad.. I relied on them quite a bit. I can see myself trying to do one just after DOA5 comes out.. Meh.. Maybe Lei-Fang is a better main for me in DOA5 after all. We'll see.

Does Kokoro have any moves that are similar to Akira's (as they both use bajiquan)?

I'd like Kokoro to be my secondary character, and as I'm playing Shun in VF5FS (I'll main Brad) until DOA5 comes I wonder if playing Akira would be good practice for Kokoro (I know Akira will be in the game, but I like Kokoro)
