They either need to get pictures of the designs put there to give us an idea of what we are paying for or need to lower the price. I would be way more likely to buy it if I was going to be charged $50-70, not almost $100.

Exactly. Not that I'd even buy a season pass for this game anyway but in general I'd never blindly put down money for outfits that I have no clue what they look like. They should at least have rough sketches of what the designs look like for the ninja clan packs (since that's already 30 outfits right off the bat).

I imagine the SK collab outfits are going to be individualized but even then I would hesitate getting them especially if they are breakaway outfits.

That's exactly what I do since I main Ryu anyway, also i'm not sure if moar tits = game completion. Maybe fap material but it's not necessary.

Would I buy the season pass? Yes, I would, because I already spent well over $300 worth of DLC for Ultimate. However, would I buy a $100 season pass? No. I'd rather just keep buying the packs, which is what I did with the rest of the missing DLC in Ultimate. Plus, I don't know what these costumes look like, but honestly, I still buy costume DLC just because I like having every costume available and it's my way of supporting the game.

If you're going to buy them all anyways I don't understand why you wouldn't just buy the pass. You'll save yourself a few bucks in the long run, and you'll get that exclusive costume for MR.

Dunno, what pulls me off mostly is the thought that there might be a Season 2 and that it won't be included into these 100$, despite what the description says.

Is there also a package for all past DLCs btw? I remember there being one for Ultimate, including all the DoA5 vanilla DLCs and it was like 40$ or something like that.
There's a few old packages I'd love to buy for my PS4 Last Round, if there's a good offer including them all might as well get that instead of specific packs.

The description says that the Season Pass will include DLC released from February to June. Of course we know that the DLC will continue to be released even further, so more season pass are basically already confirmed.

Honestly I'm not sure how they can keep up with those prices. It's quite evident that it's a net gain for them. I mean, that "it works".
Otherwise they would've stopped bothering.
It's a shame because:
1) A lot of costumes quite frankly suck
2) I'm confident that with more reasonable prices, more people would buy them and in the end they would even gain more money

Might be totally wrong with 2) of course, but I kinda feel it's right.

Honestly, I haven't even read most of the posts in this thread, but I just had to throw down a little rant because all the FB comments I see on every time TN posts about anything after releasing the Ninja DLC/This Season Pass thing/The 360 fiasco where people couldn't get their costumes. People are getting pissed as fuck. OVER WHAT!? THIS FREE GAME THEY PUT OUT!? WHAT?!?! THEY ARE EXPECTING MONEY FOR A PRODUCT!?!? Holy shit not everything is free besides the actual game itself?! NOT TO MENTION DOA5:LR ISN'T EVEN 60 BUCKS. And Ps3 and Xbox 360 got a completely free upgrade?!?! And free costumes to own up to some of their mistakes?!? Why the FUCK are there losers out there complaining!?

League of Legends is the most popular game right now and it has a f2p model. Their basic costumes cost the same if not MORE than DOA's and people are losing their fucking minds over people trying to get paid for creating something? If you don't like it, don't buy it, but I keep seeing these posts like 'Omg TN, I'm so betrayed! I'm never buying or supporting any of your games again. Don't buy DOA!"​

Shit makes me lose my effin' mind. It pissed me off so much I went ahead and bought the season pass out of spite even though I don't support fetish DLC (didn't buy maid or nurse outfits). Cool I have a color swap for Marie Rose now. It's like 'rare' because only idiots like me will have it. I don't even play MR. All over my face TN.

Bruh there's NO DOUBT there will be a season 2 (and 3, 4, 5, etc). This is probably the first season pass for DLC that's literally a season pass. The JP trailer specifically stated it only includes costumes up until June.

And if you're wondering what the mystery costumes are, it's virtually guaranteed to be bikinis since it'll be summer and the new girls need to play catchup.
