And... I have a feeling that the new character maybe from FF (Fatal Frame).

It would just be the perfect fit, as the facial model is ver similar to DOA5's

EDIT: She has black hair. Never mind. I would prefer her over some of the suggestions on here. ;~;
EDIT2: In the light, she has Brown hair. soooooo...

Actually the girls of the last Fatal Frame seem nice characters to me... by the way I think that this hypothesis can be discarded for various reasons:

1) The interview with Hayashi hints to a brand original female character for the DoA franchise, rather than one already known from the players or a guest character (as one from Fatal Frame).

2) Like an FSD user made notice, there is really no meaning in promoting this Fatal Frame game on DoA5LR: the Fatal Frame game is a Wii U exclusive, while DoA5LR is an exclusive of PS and Xbox consoles.

3) I know that this will appear silly, but the two main characters and the girl protagonist of Ayane's chapter have a normal chest and in the interview Hayashi said that the new girl will make a good use of the new breast engine XD So I believe that we can expect a girl more busty (however this point is a little subjective in the end).

And finally I would find hard to explain how these girls are able to use fighting martial arts :p

Either way, I'd like to see a DOA'fied Parasoul-looking female, IF she HAS to have red hair. Fighting Style?
Savate, or something deadly. Like Vale Tudo.

Let me just defend Lisa... Prior to DOA5, Lisa was not a bitch self obsorbed, manipulative scientist. In fact, she was very nice and got along with everyone in DOAXBV and DOAX2. In DOA4, she was trying to right her wrong and destroy the project that created Alpha. In DOA5, she got lighter skin and a brand new personality and they just said "fuck everything we used to have about her, so we can kill her off." Seriously, TN is racist... we need a legit black woman in this game.

I am honestly rooting for another female who is racially different than the Asian/White theme we have going. Screw the blondes (yes, this includes the lame Irene) and forget the Asians (even though a Korean would be cool). Let's bring out the Black women, Indian or Middle Eastern women, the Brazilian women... or at the very least a woman with a large amount of tattoos...

Sidenote: I would massively prefer Miss Monday over Irene. In fact, Miss Monday was kind of rad in Yaiba. She is what made Yaiba enjoyable.

Lisa was never a bitch, she just takes her job very seriously and is very professional
As for Ms Monday, I love her design and edgy personality. Her being a scientist doesn't have to effect Lisa's role in a negative way, Lisa's a Biomechanical engineer and Ms Monday's a Robotic prosthetic surgeon(??). I could see Monday and Hamilton being rivals or even friends we all know Lisa could use one after Tina ditched her for Mila.

Even the porn attitude of Tina increased to a level that she almost can't have decent quotes or decent costumes.

Eh.. not really any worse than before. If anything it was nice for her to actually have a little depth (getting burnt out from all the career and goal hopping.)

But she was always a big ole whore, part of being a showgirl lol.

I admit that DOA5 miss variety, even if some stages are really awesome to me (Flow, Circus, Home... for example).
I really think that some of the stages (not all of course) that now are 2/3 different stages were originally designed as 1 only stage. I think in particular about Flow/Primal/Temple. What do you think?

I play her in other games and I can tell you that there's a big difference. Mostly appreciable in her old quotes. Anyone that play with her in previous games can tell you that.

I'm still disappointed that Flow/Primal/Temple aren't all one huge stage tbh...especially when it's kinda obvious that they're all part of the same area.

It's funny how they hyped the fuck out of cliffhangers yet there's only 2 in the game. Also they need to bring back staircases + stair grabs.

I feel like in DOA5, overall they did good with designing stages, but semi-failed in execution of said designs. A lot of stages look great but are just really plain fields with a different wrapping.

I'm pretty sure those are the same stage because they both have the Helicopter symbol on the ground, Arrival is probably smaller though because that portion of the area lifts up? Then when it's DOA, it's just a giant playing field. Oh yes, agreed, the DoatecHK building stage in DOA3, is probably one of my all time favorites tbh.
It's even more funny how they don't even include more cliffhangers stages in ultimate. Guess they aren't going to make it again for DOA6.
omf... they really didn't, I didn't even think about that tbh...

Maybe they think the cliffhanger idea seemed better on paper? I still think it's cool and adds to the action, but I can understand if they decide to leave it behind in the future. Or maybe the creative team is currently working on DOA6? Which is why everything we're getting now is just DLC addons? idk

Honestly, I'm happy The danger Zone is back: while it's not my favorite design wise, the fact that each floor has different characteristics adds more variety and fun to the game. We've also seen Crimson so at least one multi-level stage is coming back! (wondering if the "secret" room in the stage will be in)

TN have made £120,000,000 off of 300,000 people alone, from only DLC. 300,000 is a huge estimate, as there are many DOA fans that are not on any forums, and have spent $400 on DLC.

If only 500 people bought all DLC packs, that means they have already earnt £200,000 from them.

With me on the other hand, I have only bought:
Player's Swimsuit Pack 1 = £3.75 (I believe)
Paradise Swimsuit Pack 2 = ^
Zack Legacy = £1.75
Zack Sports Costume = £1.75
Marie Rose = £4.75
Nyotengu = £4.75

TN have made 18.75 from me,on DLC. Let's add DOA5V's price of £39.99 and DOA5U's £24.99.
£83.73 from me, and I don't even buy DLC often, practically never. TN is hella rich. Even though I might be wrong on these stats, I know for a FACT, that they have made a MASSIVE profit from DOA5.

They can make a new netcode, new moves, stages, characters, you name it. We gave them the money to make the "best DOA5" ever, so let's just wait and see what the new trailer is gonna be and what they'll reveal.

On another note, I really do hope that Danger Zone 2 is revealed, because the lighting on that stage is Juicy. Along with Spiral. We need more Night time stages.
