It looks like the tops they are wearing are actually short-sleeved rash guard's, which is understandable as everyone outside of Jann Lee is wearing grappling shorts. Jann Lee, as Wah pointed out, is a homage to Bruce Lee but with modern mma gloves.

Usually both patches are announced at the same time with Microsoft being a week behind. A week going by since the PS3 release and still not even a release date. That's worse than usual.
