Noob question about holds

Just wondering. Do holds do less damage in stun? If so, is it like 20% damage or something? Thanks in advance.

Yes they do less damage, 80% revision from their non-critical state hold.

Thanks Mr. Wah. I was just wondering after watching a few of Katzuna's videos and seeing that normal Izuna holds did 60 damage instead of the usual 75.
