That's good to hear about the transparency. I'll try to see if I can track that down in a hex editor. The wet clothes just use another diffuse texture, but the skin uses a spec texture that is applied over the original, so swapping them wont work in the situation i need it for.

wouldn't work for sarah and pai for the same reason why miyako didn't work. the faces would be distorted using different character face animations. however, lucky for alpha, she has the same face model as 2 different other characters in the game, but here glowing affect can't be transfeered for some reason, but glasses work when shes swapped

hmmm, only 8 costumes remain, not sure if I have the room, was thinking about bunny, cop, swimwear, ninja gaiden, 2 casuals,aloha, and another ayane swap maybe

well when my dlc pack is released, it should be possible to give those costumes or her original to either phase 4 and kasumi with the dlc tool, and let those costumes use the new alpha face and hairs that ill provide, but it would of been better if we could somehow make a new 358142g dlc that assigns the gravure directly to alpha, but maybe some exe stuff is involved, because the videos are still in the gallery, just greyed out if you don't have the 358142g dlc :/

I also wanted to give kasumi's or phase 4's facial animations to alpha so she doesnt always have a static face, but cant find her face animation file to swap. its either still encrypted, or it doesn't exist since she has no facial animations.

That would be excellent, but yeah I don't think I've ever seen Alpha's face animate while in photo mode so maybe nothing there :/

That looks like a photoshop. I've seen some quality mix ups on dA. It was probably possible on console, PC not sure yet, but would take a fair amount of effort still.

looking through the new 1.02A patch, TN seems to have updated quite a few entries for DLC costumes. Guess we are finally getting the Senran Kagura pack ( Not sure if that screws up any dlc mods that use those slots)
They also added three new hair entries (Marie, Phase4 and Ayane, i think), which will probably mess with the hair selection in DLCTool.

@bbb @synce Not sure if this can be useful to you, but during a tag victory pose if Alpha is the 'second' character (so not the one on the ring at the end of the match), she blinks her eyes while standing just like all the other charas.

which 3d program do you use. I don't understand by half broken, the sweat looks fine
