You must have lnk_Reshuffle to get face in game, and you need DLC tool to get outfit in...I just provided necessary files. All from core game.

I combined the texture from an Akira costume with Kasumi costume no. 10.
The colors are a little bit weird, but I like it nevertheless.
Added red hair again.

If anyone cares about a playable Miyako, its fully possible with alpha-152 since she has no facial animations

I also managed to fix her dark skin issue.

if anyone wants this, here are the files.

I cut the body texture and paste on swimsuit at the right place.
