Noob question, how do u apply mod that only has hair with tmc and tmcl formatted?
i know the tools like DLC tools, how to swap dlc costume and noesis....but i still dont know how to apply hair mod

You need to use inkreshuffle. And then you can swap a haircut with another. You can use hayabusa face as a free slot.
I advise you to look at the tutorial about hair and face swaping.
Edit: look at first page and look at Mods Resources to get inkreshuffle v3 and then look at the tutorial on hair swaping.

Do you know the swaping hair method using the numbers in Dlc Tools ? You'll find the list and the explanations in the tutorial.

yeah, i know how to swap hair, i just dont know how to add a costumized hair just like yours, so im stuck with default hair all this time.
btw, i tried to download ink_reshuffle from chrome.
and its get block cause malicious, am i the only one or all of u guys have the same warning?

i tried to download the V2 and V3, both get blocked cause 'malicious' and i wont try the v1 cause it said it wont compatible with 1.02A

On a side note , Here is a current WIP, I'm too lazy/busy to re-texture it and fix the seams atm , but I'd like to ask why is the Jacket so shiny , I inserted it into the same Mesh slot as the Amulet (And I think the other accessories ) in Marie's School Uniform , is it shiny because of the material of the amulet ??
