though our use of a cracked steam_api.dll probably won't fly there. and the connection to the xbox modding might be a problem as well.

maintaining a list by hand with the amount of mods getting posted really isn't the most optimal solution.

She and Akira have become my favorite tag team (despite having moves I've never managed to pull off in combat). Didn't think that would ever happen when I first picked up this game.

I have repacked all those colors (red blue pink & black) into one zip

Apparently Archive tool is better for 1.04 than Ink Reshuffle v4.2. so now ill be able to swap hair. i hope theres a way to find out what hair is usable because i may end up making a Kyo Kusanagi mod over Hayate....with the usable DLC Swaps that is.

I think you have to make a blank .WMV file.

There are two ways to skip intro video :
1. change the original video directly in the game directory to this empty one

2. Or you can add an *.ini file to skip it like the 3DM chinese community did with this camera unlock tool :

Unzip the archive and copy/paste the files into your main game install
Make sure when you edit the *.ini file that you have the right number on the skip video section
warning it's all written in Chinese, better open it with a good editor like Word to see all unicode characters
