Okay I am new to this site and this forum is awesome but have a problem upon how to make Honoka's hair black in her secret agent costume? I put it on my DLC tool version 1.1.2 got the costume but I keep getting her default hair instead of her black hair anybody know?

You have to download the hair mod and install it through ink reshuffle. Check the first page of this thread for a tutorial.

I did a quick hex edit of this one for myself when this came out, took out what I could without leaving the dark skin blotches so I didn't have to mess around with her texture or mesh editing (cause I'm lazy and I'm not a huge Marie fan). This should do until someone is less lazy than me.

She still has the sandals on. I was going to post a stitched photo of this to show the whole thing, but for some reason my usual program is having issues atm.

Edit: Added in the other request as well, achieved with just hex edits and a minor texture replacement with Harry's texture to remove the black skin left behind from removing the top.

Full disclosure this is my first ever attempt at a mod and completely done with dozens of modding tutorials and readmes. With that out of the way the only 2 problems per say that I can find with it are:
-the icon on the --P file is left unchanged
-the texture on the nails

I left the texture since, personally, I thought it matched well with the diamonds left on the costume. Hopefully its good enough. The texture for the body was taken from Harry Palmer's nude mods and well there is a shit ton of credit to other people for tutorials and programs and so on.

Lastly if the screens look weird its my own post effect configuration that I have while using GeDoSaTo.

Alright Huchi you make very good mods man but for the Psylocke I put the hair in the lnk_reshuffle tool and my game crashed I don't know what is going on?

hairs are separate files, so they are toggleble on all costumes.

I kind of running out of slots. I am planning a custom costume if I'm not too lazy. it is sort of similar to the venus, but not as revealing.
